Position Summary
We are hiring digital team members for our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. A Financial Close background (FCCS) is required. As a member of our Oracle EPM practice, you will be exposed to all phases of the project lifecycle and will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Performance Architects. Excellent advancement opportunities are available for a candidate with the right attitude, talents and skills. This role requires hands-on expertise and participation in both business and technical analysis and solution development.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management
5+ years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional/technical
specifications, configuration/build/test of applications, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
Understanding of the financial close cycle and related best practices:
Understanding of joint ventures, direct and indirect ownership structures, and equity pickup
Experience with foreign currency translation and the effect of currency
translation on the financial statements
Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public and private companies.
Financial management reporting and analysis experience, preferably with Financial Reporting Studio
Experience with account reconciliation a plus, preferably with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), or similar applications such as Blackline
Huron requires a bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50%
The estimated base salary range for this job is $115,000 – $140,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 – $165,200. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
