Our client is a well respected player in the Telematics industry. As Data is getting more- and more important, they are growing their Data Operations Division. Due to this substantial growth, they are currently seeking a Team Lead / Manager for their Data Operations & Development team.

In this role, you’ll be making a huge impact in growing the DataOps & Development team further and professionalize the division. This is a ‘people manager’ position, as they want to keep their high tech- and supportive culture. A a technical background will be required for this position.

This is a permanent position. A hybrid role, minimal two days in the office. There are multiple offices in Ontario that this role can be done from.

Requirements for this position:

• 7+ years experience in Data Engineering
• Minimal 3 years experience in a (SR) Team Lead or Manager position
• Skills/knowledge in SQL, Python and Google/GCP environments
• Excellent communication skills and a clear vision on how to effectively (people-)manage a team
• No issues coming into the office for a minimal of 2 days’ per week
